Homesite 1 is named after the Eucalipto tree. Different varieties of  the (Eucalyptus) tree grow throughout San Miguel. The scented leaves are used for ornaments and infusions. The rear of the site features a natural drainage path 6ft deep that diverts rainwater from the highground around sites 1-3 to the ocean. Lot 1 has public road access (maintained by the municipality) and is fully serviced with water, power and phone.

Looking towards the beach there's a large grassland area between the road and the ocean. The combination of lush pasture land and crisp ocean spray creates a micro environment unique in the world. Each of San Miguel by the Sea's homesites host a variety of tropical plant and animal life. Guava, Papaya, Mango, Banana and Lime trees can be found throughout the property.

A "lights down" law restricts beach lights that disturb sea turtles. During the busiest seasons there are as few as 30 - 40 people on the beach. This is paradise on earth! More...
