Open spaces and privacy on site 5
Homesite 5 has a lovely open feel to it. Named after a native tree called 'Tamarindo'. Found in low elevations of both dry and humid climates; the pulp is used to make a popular fruit drink which is easy to conserve and available in stores all year.  Majestic trees block the view of road side power poles. All you have is clean open space with the smell & spray of the ocean. Beautiful trees and jungle life border the rear of the property. Both lush and accessible, lot 5 is the smallest of the 8 road lots.

    Toucans would be your neighbours
    Toucans call San Miguel 'Home'
This site boasts character, there's a little of everything going on. The topography has a gradual incline allowing for both natural drainage and easy home construction. Tico Tranquility has various trees, some short & bushy others tall & willowy. The sun rises over site 8 (to the southeast) and moves its way across all road lots, setting to the West behind site 1. Homesite 5 is the perfect lot for a family or a couple seeking a solid investment with hopes to build a vacation home someday soon!

Building a large home or vacation villa is simple on all of San Miguel by the Sea lots with municipal road frontage. Homesite 5 has public road access (maintained by the municipality) and is fully serviced with water, power and phone.

    San Miguel Beach
The municipality of San Miguel is now building a sidewalk from the coastal road to the beach. The leisurely beach walk is one-quarter mile long. Once at the beach, visitors enjoy 3 restaurants and 2 small affordable hotels. The beach is seven miles long and crystal clean. The surf is excellent for more accomplished surfers. Surfers are encouraged to talk to the locals to pinpoint areas of rip tides. A "lights down" law restricts beach lights that disturb sea turtles. During the busiest seasons there are as few as 30 - 40 people on the beach. This is paradise on earth! More...
