This tall tree grows near rivers in low, hot climates like San Miguel. It's known as a tree in the rain forest which provides lots of shade and is home to many rain forest inhabitants because of the food and protection it offers.
Trees attract humming birds Homesite 4 is the second of two corner lots at San Miguel by the Sea. Espavel features beautiful majestic towering trees. The trees on all sites but especially site 4, have space between them which has allowed them to thrive. These beautiful trees offer shade and an established and mature feeling to the building site. The new gravel road granting access to lots 10 through 12 runs along the the east border of Espavel. The topography of the acreage gently slopes down to the public road. It's easily accessed via the public or private road. Building a large home or vacation villa is simple on all of San Miguel by the Sea lots with municipal road frontage.
